Shipping process
When you place your order, we celebrate a bit and we quickly start working on the dispatch. You will also receive a neat confirmation email with details of your order.
We generally dispatch orders within 1-2 business days and then it takes them 4-7 business days in transit until they arrive to you.
Once the order is dispatched, we will send you another confirmation email and it will also contain your personal tracking code - we don't want our package to get misplaced, do we?
We are shipping to the entire United States.
Delayed orders
If the maximum time for processing and shipping the order has expired and your order still hasn't arrived, don't panic. Please allow up to 2 additional days and remember to use your tracking code. If your package has still not arrived by then, please contact us with your order number.
Damaged package?
If your package arrives damaged, please immediately take a photo as evidence of the package and its contents. Then send it to info@allpizzaflames.com along with your order number so that our customer support team can find a solution for you.
Cancellations
If you change your mind, you may cancel your order. You can do this only before it is dispatched (which usually takes us 1-2 days). Reach out to info@allpizzaflames.com and we'll make it happen.
If you are too late and the package is already on its way, you may still return it using the standard return rules described in our refund policy.
