Refund policy
Key information
- Return window - 10 days to initiate the return
- Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days
- There will be a 20% or less restocking fee depending on the brand
- Customer pays for return shipping costs
Returns info
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return your item/s within 10 days of delivery for a full refund minus restocking fees.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Cancellations
If you change your mind, you may cancel your order. You can do this only before it is dispatched (which usually takes us 1-2 days). Reach out to info@allpizzaflames.com and we'll make it happen.
If you are too late and the package is already on its way, you may still return it using the standard return rules described below.
Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at info@allpizzaflames.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please use a service with which will provide a tracking code. Send the tracking code to our support team, so that it does not get lost.
Please be advised that you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Damaged package?
If your package arrives damaged, please immediately take a photo as evidence of the package and its contents within 48 hours of receipt of consignment.
Then send it to info@allpizzaflames.com along with your order number so that our customer support team can find a solution for you.
Refunds
Once we receive your package, we will inspect it and determine whether it complies with the item conditions stated above. If it does, we will notify you via email. After that, it takes up to 14 days to process the return and refund you.
