The 4 Pizze wood-burning oven is designed to effortlessly bake four pizzas in just 90 seconds or 4 kg of bread per batch. Perfectly suited for your garden, balcony, or terrace, it features the same refractory oven floor utilized in Alfa's commercial models.
With a stainless-steel dome, this oven ensures rapid heating, prolonged heat retention, and minimal wood consumption. The use of ceramic fiber, an exceptional refractory material, provides effective insulation for optimal performance.
- The oven floor is made up of 3-cm thick interchangeable refractory bricks which soak up heat and transmit it directly to food.
- Wood-fired garden pizza oven with stainless-steel dome that allows the oven to reach high temperatures by burning less firewood.
- The ceramic fibre insulation keeps the heat inside the oven for a long time, leaving the outer parts cool to the touch.
- The oven has a pyrometer so that you can tell the average temperature in the cooking chamber at a glance.
- The large door is equipped with a double ergonomic handle providing a firm grip. By moving the door, you can adjust the draught of the oven and an eyehole allows you to check the food being cooked.

Produced at the Alfa plant in Italy, the Heat Keeper™ brick absorbs and stores heat much better than lava stone or ceramic used in other home pizza ovens.
Thanks to the HeatKeeper™ refractory brick, the pizza oven floor quickly cooks your pizzas making them crisp and soft at the right point.
2. DoubleDown Ceramic Superwool® Insulation
This ceramic fibre offers twice as much heat resistance compared to rock wool normally used in home pizza ovens.
The DoubleDown Ceramic Superwool® guarantees excellent temperature resistance when cooking on all the Alfa Classico line ovens. It also prevents the side surfaces from overheating and allows you to churn out consistently well-cooked pizzas with reduced consumption.
3. Patented Full Effect Full Circulation Flue System®
This system optimizes the circulation of hot air inside the cooking chamber, so as to heat the refractory brick even more and cook your pizzas even better.
The heat pushed “around and down” ensures that the oven consistently maintains the right temperature, so as to optimally cook both the base and the toppings of the pizza.
